The Process:
1. Sign up for and pay for the Summer Teacher Event at the link below.
2. Within 24 hours, you will receive your lab work information. All lab work must be done before June 20th.
3. You will also receive patient consent forms and intake forms that will need to be filled out prior to June 20th.
3. Attend the Teacher Event on June 20th. Lab work will be discussed and a plan will be put in place to start your weight loss journey immediately.
4. Schedule and attend virtual follow-up appointments every 3-6 months to track your progress and discuss any changes or concerns.
