Refund Policy - the basics

This policy describes how Live Life Better Clinic handles refunds, cancellations, and non-refundable charges. It is intended to set clear expectations for our clients.

Some laws may require you to allow refunds or cancellations under certain conditions; it is your responsibility to verify those rules in your area.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments to Live Life Better Clinic LLC are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Initial deposits
    • Retainers
    • Service fees
    • Digital deliverables, online programs, subscriptions, or treatment plans

  • At the time of booking your initial virtual appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. That deposit covers lab fees and the initial consultation. LiveLifeBetterClinic

  • Once services begin (or materials are delivered), no refunds are given for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unused services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • While we do not provide refunds, you may request to reschedule an appointment. You must notify us at least [X business days/hours] in advance.

  • We may, at our discretion, apply your existing payment or deposit toward a rescheduled appointment, but this is not guaranteed.

  • If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) without prior notice, your payment may be forfeited in full.

Exceptions (If Any)

  • We may consider special exceptions on a case-by-case basis (at our discretion) in extraordinary circumstances (e.g. serious illness, documented emergency).

  • If an exception is granted, refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method and may take [X business days] to complete.
